According to Xinhua News Agency, Wang Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and Foreign Minister, attended a reception in Beijing on the 23rd celebrating the 10th anniversary of the opening of the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Leaders' Meeting and delivered a speech.
