Suyan Jing God's announcement stated that the increase plan for some of the company's directors and senior management personnel will be completed within 6 months starting from September 23, 2025. The main buyers Wu Xufeng, Xiao Lisong and 10 others used their own funds to increase their holdings of the company's shares by a total of 189,500 shares through centralized bidding from December 4, 2025 to January 5, 2026, accounting for 0.0198% of the total share capital of the company. The total amount of the increase was 1.9248 million yuan, reaching the lower limit of the increase plan.
