Hunan Gold: Plans to increase the capital of its holding subsidiary, Central South Antimony Tungsten, by 184 million yuan.

Hunan Gold announced that the company held a board meeting on March 23, 2026 to review and approve the proposal to increase the capital of its controlling subsidiary, Central South Antimony Tungsten. The company plans to increase the capital by 184 million yuan using its own funds, while the minority shareholders of Central South Antimony Tungsten, Yueyang Huachang Antimony Industry Co., Ltd. and Taojiang Jiutong Antimony Industry Co., Ltd., will simultaneously increase their capital by 10.9419 million yuan and 5.0255 million yuan respectively. After the capital increase, the registered capital of Central South Antimony Tungsten will be 300 million yuan. This capital increase does not constitute a related party transaction or a major asset restructuring, and therefore does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting. The capital increase is intended to meet the company's business expansion and daily operational needs, and will not have a significant adverse impact on the company's financial and operational condition.
