Dongmu Share: The disclosure of the 2025 annual report has been postponed to April 21st.

Dongmu Corporation announced on March 23 that the company plans to purchase 34.75% equity of Shanghai Fuchi High-Tech Co., Ltd. by issuing shares and paying cash, and to raise supporting funds. The transaction is currently in the review stage. Due to the large workload related to this transaction, the company has applied to the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the annual report for the year 2025, originally planned to be disclosed on March 28, will be delayed and disclosed on April 21.
