ST Jinggu: The First Instance ruled to dismiss the lawsuit involving 60 million yuan or transfer it to the public security.

ST Jinggu announced that due to a private lending dispute involving the former actual controller of Huiyin Wood Industry, Cui Huijun and Wang Lancun, the plaintiff Fan Huazhi sued Huiyin Wood Industry, Wang Lancun, Cui Huijun, and the company to the court, with the amount involved including 60 million yuan in principal and corresponding interest. Recently, the company received a first-instance "Civil Judgment", in which the court believed that the case had suspicions of economic crimes, and ruled to reject the lawsuit, refund the plaintiff 485,100 yuan in case acceptance fees, and could appeal within 10 days from the date of the judgment. If not satisfied, relevant materials will be transferred to the public security organs. The company has divested from Huiyin Wood Industry in December 2025. The final effect of this case on profits will depend on the audit results.
