Yunnan Province's level of housing subsidies has helped boost real estate sales recovery. Since the policy was implemented, sales of new residential buildings in the province have increased by 6.4% compared to the previous period.

The first quarter of 2026 is about to end, and the "Colorful Clouds Housing Consumption Voucher" housing subsidy in Yunnan Province is entering its final stage. The latest data shows that more than 26,000 "Colorful Clouds Housing Consumption Vouchers" have been issued in the province, involving subsidies exceeding 2.37 billion yuan, benefiting nearly 23,000 households. There is only 62 million yuan remaining in the quota. With the assistance of policies, the real estate market in the province has significantly warmed up: from the start of the activity to March 15, the province has sold 54,400 new residential properties, an increase of 6.4% over the previous period, with sales area growing by 4.4%.
