Recently, according to information from Qi Cha Cha, a well-known commercial aerospace company Galaxy Aerospace has undergone industrial and commercial changes. The company name has been changed from "Galactic Aerospace Network Technology Co., Ltd." to "Galactic Aerospace Technology Group Co., Ltd.", and the market entity type has been changed from other limited liability companies to other joint stock limited companies. This means that Galaxy Aerospace has completed its share reform, adding another "general" to the team of domestic commercial aerospace capitalization. From the investment side, according to equity penetration information, the existing venture capital companies investing in Galaxy Aerospace include both local state-owned asset platforms and "national team" funds. The National Social Security Fund Council indirectly participated in the investment in Galaxy Aerospace through market-oriented fund companies such as Shenzhen Gao Heng Mu Qi Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise. China Investment Corporation indirectly participated in the investment in Galaxy Aerospace through China Construction Bank Investment Co., Ltd. At the same time, many listed companies also indirectly invested in Galaxy Aerospace. According to incomplete statistics by reporters, among A-share listed companies, companies such as Dian Guang Media, Kingsoft Office, Southern Silicon, China Jinshui, and BOE A all have indirect shareholdings in Galaxy Aerospace. According to Securities Times Data Bao statistics, as of March 19, there are 17 companies in the commercial aerospace industry chain with financing balances increasing by more than 10% compared to the end of last year, with 10 companies seeing increases of over 20%. Smart Data, Tianyin Mechanical and Electrical, Aerospace Nanhu, Hongyuan Electronics, and 5 other companies all saw financing balances increase by over 30% as of March 19 compared to the end of last year.
