Slovak Prime Minister Fico stated on the 20th that since the US and Israel launched strikes against Iran, the EU has paid an additional amount of over 6 billion euros due to the rise in fuel prices, combined with the current economic situation in Europe and the substantial support provided by the EU to Ukraine, these conditions have created an "explosive combination." Fico stated that the future situation could be very bad, and there may even be a risk of triggering an oil crisis. Fico requested the EU to push for the rapid resumption of the operation of the "Friendship" oil pipeline.
