Draft Financial Law: The central financial decision-making coordination institution will coordinate and manage the use of the Financial Stability Fund.

The draft consultation paper on financial regulations proposes that financial institutions and financial infrastructure should pay or subscribe to the deposit insurance fund, insurance, securities, trusts, and other industry guarantee funds, as well as the financial stability guarantee fund as required. The central financial decision-making coordination institution shall coordinate the management and use of the financial stability fund.
