Reporters learned at today's routine press conference of the State Administration for Market Regulation that the "Announcement on Further Improving the System of Entrusting Concentrated Operators for Review" was released today. Improving the system of entrusting concentrated operators for review is another deepening reform measure taken by the State Administration for Market Regulation based on the trial transition to formal entrustment on August 1, 2025, with the aim of further improving quality and efficiency and speeding up the review work of concentrated operators. This is mainly reflected in two aspects: first, achieving "full coverage" of entrusted case types. In addition to entrusting some simple cases, part of the non-simple cases will be entrusted, achieving full coverage of the entrustment review system for the types of cases involving concentrated operators, and further enhancing the efficiency of reviews. Second, expanding the entrusted team further. In addition to the existing 5 provincial-level market supervision departments entrusted with review, 3 more provincial-level market supervision departments will be added to review simple cases, meeting the local investment and M&A growth needs, and better serving regional development strategies such as the western development and the comprehensive revitalization of the northeast.
