Xiong'an New Area issues the first national three-dimensional real estate certificate.

Today, it was learned from the Ministry of Natural Resources that Xiong'an New Area has issued the first three-dimensional real estate certificate as a pilot project for the Xiong'an Business Service Center project. They have become the first in the country to achieve three-dimensional digital planning and registration of land space development throughout the entire process, promoting the transformation of natural resource management and land space governance from two dimensions to three dimensions, and from static to dynamic. Xiong'an New Area integrates the results of overall geographic information, land survey, property rights registration, spatial planning, and approval management to build a three-dimensional dynamic "one map" for natural resource management and land space planning. The Xiong'an Business Service Center project, which issued the first three-dimensional real estate certificate, can implement the "one-code association" of real estate unit codes, linking all aspects of the business chain such as planning, approval, supply, use, and registration, promoting business collaboration and information sharing. It vigorously promotes inter-departmental system connectivity, mutual recognition of information, efficient flow of data across departments, and the formation of a digital management model that is fully traceable, providing important support for project planning and site selection, as well as the digital transformation of smart cities.
