India issued a final ruling on anti-dumping on nylon filament yarn related to China.

On March 19, the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry issued a notice affirming the anti-dumping final ruling on nylon filament yarn originating from or imported from China and Vietnam, and recommended imposing anti-dumping duties on the products involved from the above countries for a period of 5 years. The duties are as follows: $236-782 per ton for China, and $684-827 per ton for Vietnam. The case involves products under Indian customs code 5402. The products involved do not include all artificial filament yarns that do not contain nylon or polyamide. The following products are explicitly excluded from the scope of the products involved: single filament yarn, bulk continuous filament yarn, nylon 66 yarn, hot melt yarn, low melt yarn, adhesive yarn, conductive yarn, antistatic yarn, Nomex and aramid yarn, high-strength yarn of 840 deniers and above.
