Jianlong Microsystems: Shareholders with more than 5% of the shares decrease their holdings to below 5%

Jianlong Nano announced that it has recently received a "Simplified Equity Change Report" from its shareholder Shanghai Shenyunlong Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. On March 18th, Shenyunlong reduced its holdings by 337,900 shares through block trading, accounting for 0.3377% of the total share capital. After the change, its holdings decreased from 5,340,800 shares to 5,002,900 shares, and its ownership decreased from 5.3376% to 4.9999%, no longer being a shareholder with more than 5% of the company. This reduction is part of their plan, does not involve a tender offer, does not affect control rights, and the reduction plan has not yet been fully implemented.
