Hangzhou is launching a special discounted loan and financing voucher program for science and technology innovation enterprises.

Hangzhou city is issuing bank loan financing discount vouchers for science and technology innovation enterprises. The distribution period is from 9:00 on April 1, 2026 to 21:00 on June 30, 2026. The recipients are science and technology innovation enterprises recognized by Hangzhou city-level and above technology departments. The distribution amount for this activity is 50 million yuan, on a first come, first served basis until the quota is exhausted. The denominations of the financing discount vouchers are divided into 10 types, ranging from 5,000 yuan to 200,000 yuan. Science and technology innovation enterprises can enjoy a maximum of 25% financial discount with the vouchers. After obtaining bank loan financing through the "Hangzhou Innovation Station", enterprises can apply for loan interest subsidies using the financing discount vouchers. After the loan is repaid, enterprises can enjoy a maximum of 25% financial discount with the vouchers. Each financing discount voucher can be used once, and a maximum of 3 vouchers can be used for each loan. The redemption and use period for the financing discount vouchers applied by science and technology innovation enterprises is before June 30, 2027, and they will automatically expire if not redeemed by the deadline.
