Samsung Electronics Co-CEO DJ Koh stated at the annual shareholders' meeting that the company is considering signing multi-year chip supply contracts with customers to replace traditional annual or quarterly contracts, in order to help stabilize the memory chip market. Samsung mentioned that the application of AI intelligent bodies is driving rapid user growth and increasing customer demand, leading to explosive growth in orders for HBM, SSD, and other chips used in servers. Samsung's semiconductor foundry business is expected to seize new opportunities and drive overall growth with its leading advantage in the fully surround gate process. In the field of robotics, Samsung plans to deploy high-precision robots on production lines in various departments of the equipment experience division to master top-notch robot AI and agile hand technology.
