Hunan Yuneng: It is estimated that the total amount of related transactions in 2026 will not exceed 32.687 billion yuan.

Yuneng Group in Hunan announced that it is expected to engage in daily related party transactions with CATL and its subsidiaries, Jingxi Xiangtan Electric Chemical, in the fiscal year 2026 and from January to May 2027. The total amount for the fiscal year 2026 is expected to be no more than 32.687 billion yuan, and for January to May 2027 it is expected to be no more than 17.209 billion yuan. The actual related party transactions in the fiscal year 2025 amounted to 11.06 billion yuan, which is lower than the forecasted 18.082 billion yuan. This related party transaction follows market fair pricing, has been reviewed by the board of directors and independent director meetings, and still requires approval from the shareholders' meeting.
