On Monday local time, three teenage girls from Tennessee filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI, accusing its Grok image generator of using their photos to create and disseminate child sexual abuse material. This is the first class action lawsuit brought by minors following a series of incidents earlier this year where Grok generated nude photos without consent.
