On March 16th local time, according to the recruitment information on the xAI official website, Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI has launched a large-scale recruitment plan, focusing on recruiting financial professionals such as Wall Street bankers, investment portfolio managers, traders, and credit analysts. These recruited talents will join the data labeling team, serving as "AI mentors", with a core responsibility to impart financial modeling thinking to xAI's large model Grok, in order to strengthen Grok's ability to handle financial scenarios and help Grok upgrade to a "top investment banking analyst".
