Hong Kong Stock Market Midday Review: Hang Seng Index rose by 0.98%, Hang Seng Tech Index rose by 1.34%

Hong Kong stocks closed at noon, with the Hang Seng Index rising by 0.98% and the Hang Seng Technology Index rising by 1.34%. The Hang Seng Stock Connect ETF rose by 0.73% and the Hong Kong Stock Connect Technology ETF rose by 1.45%. In terms of sectors, hotel and resort REITs, as well as biotechnology sectors, were among the top gainers; while energy equipment and services, as well as household goods sectors, were among the top losers. In terms of individual stocks, Yuachai Securities Financial rose by 65.91%, WYNNTECH rose by 19.57%, EASYHEALTH rose by 7.78%, HEALTH160 rose by 7.62%, and DEXINSHIPPING rose by 7.17%; while CHAM BIO-B fell by 13.96%, CHANGFENG PHARMACEUTICAL fell by 10.53%, CHANGFEI FIBER OPTIC became 9.7%, UNITED GROUP fell by 8.65%, and YUNJI fell by 7.94%.
