Lazarus Network Technology Co., Ltd. was established in September 2011, with Fang Yongxin as the legal representative and a registered capital of 5.5 billion RMB. Its business scope includes food sales, network technology services, information system integration services, information technology consulting services, and internet sales. Shareholder information shows that the company is wholly owned by Lazarus Holdings Hong Kong Limited.
