Its business scope includes securities brokerage, securities investment consulting, securities underwriting, and sponsorship. Shareholder information shows that the company is jointly held by Nanjing Zijin Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Xingong Investment Group Co., Ltd., Nanjing Transportation Construction Investment Holding Co., Ltd., among others. According to media reports, earlier Nanjing Securities announced the election of Xia Hongjian as the chairman of the Fifth Board of Directors, and the former chairman Li Jianfeng was no longer holding related positions due to reaching retirement age.
