According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, in January-February, the output of raw coal in large-scale industries was 760 million tons, a year-on-year decrease of 0.3%, with a narrowing decline of 0.7 percentage points compared to December 2025; the daily output was 12.93 million tons. Crude oil production has turned from a decrease to an increase. In January-February, the output of crude oil in large-scale industries was 35.73 million tons, an increase of 1.9% year-on-year, compared to a decrease of 0.6% in December 2025; the daily output was 0.606 million tons. Crude oil processing has maintained growth. In January-February, the processing volume of crude oil in large-scale industries was 122.63 million tons, an increase of 2.9% year-on-year; the daily processing was 2.079 million tons. Natural gas production is steadily increasing. In January-February, the output of natural gas in large-scale industries was 44.6 billion cubic meters, an increase of 2.9% year-on-year; the daily output was 0.76 billion cubic meters.
