Closed branches are still conducting activities? China Elderly Health Care Association: being used by others.

On March 14th, according to the China Association of Geriatrics, the association has recently received reports that certain individuals have been using the names "China Association of Geriatrics Biomedical Health Committee" and "China Association of Geriatrics Health Longevity Series Activities Organizing Committee" to promote and organize activities, which seriously mislead the public and harm the reputation of the association. In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the association and the public, we hereby solemnly declare the following: The China Association of Geriatrics Biomedical Health Committee is a branch organization that ceased operation in August 2025 in accordance with regulations. All personnel of this branch organization no longer possess the qualifications and authorization as personnel of the association's branch organizations. The China Association of Geriatrics Health Longevity Series Activities Organizing Committee is an organization that has not been approved by the association. The China Association of Geriatrics has not jointly organized the "2026 High-Quality Development Medical Health Project Exchange Conference - and XX Medical Device Industry Investment Fair" with any relevant units. The unauthorized use of these names has no affiliation with our association, and any legal consequences arising from this behavior will be the sole responsibility of those individuals.
