Hengli Petrochemical: Controlling shareholder releases pledge of 328 million shares.

Hengli Petrochemical announced that it recently received notification from its controlling shareholder, Hengli Group, that it has completed the procedures for releasing part of the pledged shares on March 12, 2026. The number of shares released this time is 328 million, accounting for 15.61% of the shareholder's total holding and 4.66% of the company's total share capital. After the release, Hengli Group still has 780 million shares pledged, accounting for 37.13% of its total holding and 11.08% of the company's total share capital. Hengli Group and its concerted parties currently hold a total of 5.331 billion shares, with a stake of 75.73%, and a total of 1.278 billion shares have been pledged, accounting for 23.98% of their holding in the company and 18.16% of the total share capital.
