Great Ming Environmental Protection announced that the subsidiary of the company plans to establish a new project company with the subsidiary of DIM to implement waste incineration power generation projects in Bali and Maowo, respectively. Both projects have a designed processing capacity of 1,500 tons per day, with a total investment of not more than 175 million US dollars. The company holds 70% of the shares through ALPHA and GAMMA companies, while the other party holds 30% of the shares. The construction period of the projects is 2 years, and the operation cooperation period is 30 years. The transaction does not require shareholder approval, is not considered a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring, but faces risks such as progress, operation, approval, investment environment, and exchange rate fluctuations.
