Xia Hua Representative: Promote the transformation of "fingertip skills" into "fingertip industry"

Xia Hua, a National People's Congress delegate and chairman of the Everton Group, spoke on the third session of the "delegate channel" at the Fourth Session of the Fourteenth National People's Congress on March 12th.
