The report stated that Saad Maan, the head of the security media center of the Joint Operations Command in Iraq, confirmed earlier that two foreign oil tankers were attacked and caught fire in the waters near Basra Province in southern Iraq, resulting in one crew member's death and 38 others being rescued.
