Southeast Grid Announcement: The company plans to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase company shares through centralized bidding trading. The total amount of the repurchase funds will not be less than 100 million yuan and not exceed 200 million yuan, with a repurchase share price not exceeding 9.32 yuan per share. It is estimated that the number of repurchased shares will be approximately 10.7296 million to 21.4592 million shares, accounting for approximately 0.96% to 1.92% of the company's current total share capital.
