Due to the delay of Tesla's AI6 chip at the 2nm node of Samsung Electronics by a major customer, Samsung's wafer foundry had to postpone the scheduled testing services originally planned for April of this year by six months, which has affected the DX-M2 project of South Korean Fabless company DEEPX. DEEPX's next-generation edge AI chip will not be able to achieve mass production as planned in Q2 2027, and it is currently expected to complete quality testing in Q3 2027 and enter full-scale sales in Q4 2027.
