Guangfa Free Cash Flow ETF: Trading will be suspended on the day of the shareholder meeting counting date.

The Guangfa Free Cash Flow ETF announced that in order to smoothly hold the fund shareholders' meeting, the fund will be suspended from trading from the voting date until 10:30 am on the day the voting results are announced. Prior to this, from February 11, 2026 to March 10, 3:00 pm, the shareholder meeting was held by communication to consider the proposal for the continued operation of the Guangfa CSI 800 Free Cash Flow Exchange Traded Open-End Index Securities Investment Fund.
