The fire has now been extinguished, with no casualties reported. The Kuwait Civil Aviation Authority stated in a declaration that initial reports indicate that the attack only resulted in material damage. Additionally, according to a statement from the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior on the 8th, two military officers from the Kuwait Land Border Security General Directorate died while on duty early in the morning.
