CATL established a new energy technology company in Quanzhou with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan.

According to the Qichacha app, Quanzhou Era New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: new material technology promotion services; battery manufacturing; battery sales; electronic special material manufacturing; and electronic special material sales. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is wholly owned by CATL (Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited).
