On Thursday's closing in New York, the yield on the 10-year US Treasury bond rose by 3.08 basis points to 4.127%, with an accumulated increase of nearly 18 basis points over the past four trading days. The yield on the 2-year US Treasury bond rose by 3.31 basis points to 3.574%; while the yield on the 30-year US Treasury bond rose by 0.79 basis points to 4.743%. The yield on the 10-year inflation-protected Treasury bond dropped by 0.13 basis points to 1.795%; and the yield on the 30-year TIPS fell by 0.62 basis points to 2.513%.
