People's livelihood has reached a new level, with an average annual growth of 5.4% in per capita disposable income of residents, over 60 million new jobs created in urban areas, the successful completion of the 5-year transitional tasks of consolidating and expanding the achievements of poverty alleviation and promoting rural revitalization, rural residents in poverty-stricken areas continuing to see income growth rates higher than the national rural average, steady implementation of the national overall planning of basic old-age insurance, the average years of education for working-age population increasing to 11.3 years, life expectancy reaching 79.25 years, and the cultural life of the people becoming more colorful.
