The price increase mainly affects asphalt-based roofing materials and asphalt-based coatings, with the price increase ranging from 5% to 10%. A staff member from Oriental Yuhong Securities said, "Starting from January 2026, there has been a noticeable increase in asphalt prices. In order to ensure the quality of company products and future operations, the company will raise prices of asphalt-based roofing materials and coatings by 5% to 10% starting from March 15th." The company sent out a price increase letter to customers on March 1st, but the price increase and its effects did not meet the announcement standards. This price increase is mainly related to the increase in raw material asphalt prices, and is not an individual company's action as other industry-leading companies have also raised prices. A staff member from Keshun Group Securities said, "This price increase is mainly driven by the increase in raw material prices and is expected to have a positive impact on the company's performance.
