City Jiujiang: Subsidiary has won the bid for a 1.13 billion RMB project, operation and maintenance contract awaiting signature.

Chengdi Xiangjiang announced that its subsidiaries Xiangjiang Systems and Shanghai Qisi have completed the signing of the contract for the China Mobile Yangtze River Delta Data Center EPCO project. The project was awarded to a consortium, with ZTE, Xiangjiang Systems, Posts and Telecommunications Design Institute, and Shanghai Qisi responsible for 30%, 52.6%, 0.4%, and 17% respectively. The contract has a maximum tax-inclusive amount of 1.013 billion RMB, and the operation and maintenance contract is yet to be signed. The parties involved have not completed the formal contract signing, and the contract amount is a framework amount. The financial impact on the company will be based on the audit results.
