According to reports, there has been a sharp increase in orders for advanced mature process technology recently, becoming one of the alternative solutions in the Middle East region where wafer supply is hindered. Powerchip also stated that its order volume has significantly rebounded and they are closely monitoring market changes. Behind this, Tower Semiconductor, the largest in Israel and one of the top ten global wafer foundries, is facing shipment delays, leading its downstream customers to officially initiate transfer orders. Data shows that the company mainly focuses on high voltage and special mature processes, covering power management ICs, power components, CIS sensors, RF, MEMS, and analog signal ICs among other products, with a technological structure similar to world-leading companies like TSMC and Powerchip. It is worth mentioning that Tower Semiconductor's customers include power semiconductor giants such as ON Semiconductor, Vishay, as well as major companies like Intel, Samsung, Broadcom, and Skyworks.
