The former Deputy General Manager of the Business Department of Shanghai Branch of Bank of Communications, Liang Bin, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws and is under investigation.

According to the Discipline Inspection Commission of the Shanghai Branch of the Bank of Communications and the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Commission of the Huangpu District in Shanghai, Liang Bin, the former deputy general manager of the Shanghai Branch of the Bank of Communications, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and laws. He is currently undergoing discipline review by the Discipline Inspection Committee of the Shanghai Branch of the Bank of Communications and investigation by the Supervision Commission of the Huangpu District.
