Hong Kong Land Announcement: The wholly-owned subsidiary Shanghai Qisi Cloud Computing Co., Ltd. has renewed the cooperation agreement with Shanghai Branch of China United Network Communications Limited, with the project name as Shanghai Unicom Zhoupu IDC Phase II Project. The contract period is from December 1, 2026, to November 30, 2031, with an expected contract amount of 642 million RMB.
