UBS Group Board of Directors Changes

Agustn Carstens and Luca Maestri have been nominated to run for election as members of the board of directors of UBS Group and UBS AG at the annual shareholders' meeting to be held in April 2026. William C. Dudley and Jeanette Wong will no longer seek reelection. As previously announced, Vice Chairman Lukas Ghwiler will step down from the board, and Markus Ronner has been nominated to run for election as a director.
