NIO: Subsidiary NIO Capital Receives 2.257 Billion RMB Investment

NIO announcement, its subsidiary GeniTech Co., Ltd. has signed a final agreement with several Chinese investors, and the investors will subscribe to newly issued shares of GeniTech for a total of 2.257 billion RMB in cash. After the investment deal is completed, a NIO subsidiary will continue to hold a controlling stake of 62.7% in GeniTech, and NIO will continue to consolidate its financial performance. The GeniTech investors will collectively hold 27.3% of the shares. Entities holding shares for managing GeniTech's stock incentive plan will collectively hold the remaining 10.0% of GeniTech's shares.
