Is the Star Leap Project planning to go public in Hong Kong? The company has not responded yet.
On February 26th, it was reported that the AI big model company Jieyue Xingchen is considering an IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, planning to raise about 500 million US dollars. The report cited sources familiar with the matter as saying that Jieyue Xingchen has been in discussions with potential advisors on equity sales, and the size of the offering and the timing of the listing have not yet been finalized, with the earliest possible completion of the listing this year. Another source familiar with the matter told the media that the company's target submission time could be as early as the first half of the year, but the process is relatively tight, and submitting in the second half of the year would be a more relaxed arrangement. As of the time of the Beijing Business Report's publication, Jieyue Xingchen has remained silent on the matter. If the news is true, Jieyue Xingchen will likely become the third big model startup company to go public. Jieyue Xingchen was founded in 2023 and is one of the "Big Model Six Tigers."
