Zhengzhou plans to complete the construction of a city without certificates by the end of 2026.

Recently, Zhengzhou city issued the "Implementation Plan for the Construction of a 'No Certification City' in the Field of Government Affairs Services", clarifying that through direct cancellation, data sharing, notification commitment, and department verification, unnecessary certificates in the government affairs services field will be comprehensively cleared. The plan is to preliminarily build a "No Certification City" in the whole city by the end of 2026, allowing data to run more and people to run less, continuously optimizing the business environment.
