The Chinese delegation has completed their participation in the 5D Working Group Meeting of the Radiocommunication Sector of the International Telecommunication Union.

From February 3rd to 12th, 2026, the 5th Study Group meeting of the International Telecommunication Union Radiocommunication Sector's Working Party 5D was held in Geneva, Switzerland. This meeting was the seventh meeting of the WP5D working group for the research period of the World Radiocommunication Conference (WRC) in 2027. The meeting focused on important future topics and research such as WRC-27 agenda items 1.7, 1.13, future 6G wireless technology performance requirements and performance evaluations. Discussions were also held on the concerns of the Satellite Systems using IMT frequency bands on the ground as part of the Third Generation Partnership Project. The Chinese delegation actively participated in the meeting discussions and the submissions on agenda items 1.7 and 1.13 from China were adopted by the meeting and included in the working documents.
