In Shenzhen, according to monitoring data from multiple institutions, the activity of the real estate market during this year's Spring Festival holiday has significantly increased, with a large growth in the number of signings and property viewings for both new and second-hand houses. Data from the Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau shows that during this year's Spring Festival holiday, the transaction volume of second-hand residential properties in Shenzhen increased by 211.1% compared to the same period last year, while the transaction volume of new residential properties increased by 125.6%. As of February 23, a total of 1068 new residential properties and 1727 second-hand residential properties were sold in Shenzhen during February. In addition, during this year's Spring Festival holiday, the real estate markets in Hangzhou, Chongqing, and various places in Hubei province also showed signs of recovery, with a noticeable increase in market transaction volume.
