According to the Qichacha APP, recently, Wuhan Fuxinghanzheng Laojie Commercial Operation Management Co., Ltd. was established, with Zheng Lei as the legal representative. Its business scope includes: commercial complex management services; property management; real estate consulting; market marketing planning; and housing leasing. Qichacha's equity penetration shows that the company is jointly owned by Shanghai Yufuhui Real Estate Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yu Garden Co., Ltd., and Wuhan Hengshang Urban Operation Service Co., Ltd.
