China Petrochemical Corporation established a new fuel oil company in Dalian.

According to the Qi Cha Cha app, recently, China Petroleum Fuel Oil Co., Ltd. was established, with Jiang Faqiang as the legal representative, a registered capital of 49 million yuan, and business scope including sales of bio-based materials, sales of biomass-formed fuels, trade brokerage, etc. The equity penetration of the Qi Cha Cha app shows that the company is wholly owned by China Petroleum's subsidiary, China Petroleum Fuel Oil Co., Ltd.
