On February 24th, it was reported by Shanghai Customs that during the 2026 Spring Festival period, the total number of inbound and outbound passengers at Shanghai ports reached 1.131 million, with an average of 125,700 per day, which increased by 2.7% from the 2025 Spring Festival period. The total number of inbound and outbound transport vehicles was 6,316, with an average exceeding 700 per day, which increased by 1.2% compared to the 2025 Spring Festival period. Among these, the Pudong Airport port had over 1 million inbound and outbound air passengers, and Shanghai Wusongkou International Cruise Port had 48,000 inbound and outbound cruise passengers.
