The embassy confirms the death of a Chinese citizen in a bus accident in Nepal.

At around 1 am local time on the 23rd, a bus in the central Da Ding region of Nepal plunged into a river while driving. As of 8 am local time on the 23rd, the accident has resulted in multiple deaths and injuries. According to the Chinese Embassy in Nepal, one Chinese citizen who was previously missing in the accident has been confirmed dead. Another Chinese citizen was injured and is currently receiving treatment.
