X company stated that the EU Commission's decision made on December 5, 2025, was based on an "incomplete and superficial" investigation, with "serious procedural errors" and a "forced interpretation" of the obligations under the Digital Services Act. X company also claimed that the decision "systematically" violated its right to defense and violated basic due process requirements, indicating that the prosecutor had a "bias."
