American entrepreneur Elon Musk's social media platform X issued a statement on the 20th, stating that the company has appealed to the European Union General Court regarding the EU Commission's decision to impose a fine of 120 million euros under the Digital Services Act. X company stated that the EU Commission's decision made on December 5, 2025, was based on an "incomplete and superficial" investigation, with "serious procedural errors" and a "forced interpretation" of the obligations under the Digital Services Act. X company also claimed that the decision "systematically" violated its right to defense and violated basic due process requirements, indicating that the prosecutor had a "bias."
